* You have a reserved parking space No. 4, located right next to the entrance door to the building.

* Please park as close to the wall (front) as possible to ensure enough space for the neighboring vehicle.

* The garage door closes automatically.

* The entire interior is strictly non-smoking. Smoking is only permitted on the balcony.

* Please never throw cigarette butts off the balcony; use the provided ashtray.

• We love animals, but please ensure they do not stay on the beds or the sofa.

• Please do not leave pets unattended in the apartment to prevent any damage or noise that might disturb the neighbors..

• For security reasons and insurance purposes, only registered guests are allowed to stay in the apartment.

• Any unregistered visitors are strictly prohibited. 

• We kindly ask you to sort your waste and keep the apartment clean.

• Please take your trash bags to the bins located to the left of the entrance door, directly under the windows. 

• To open: Turn the handle to a horizontal position, pull the door towards you, and slide it to the right.

• To close: Slide the door to the left, push it slightly from the bottom (using your foot) away from you, and then close it by turning the handle to a vertical downward position.

• Stay extension: Subject to prior agreement, check-out can be extended for a fee of 250 CZK ( 10 € ) per started hour.

• Please drop the keys into the mailbox labeled "Věra Frank".

• Lost keys: In case of lost keys, a fee of 2,500 CZK (€100) will be charged to cover the cost of replacing the security lock and cutting new keys, or purchasing a new garage remote control.

• In case of a serious breach of the house rules (disturbance of quiet hours, excessive noise, disorder in the house, or non-compliance with the points above), the guest's stay may be terminated immediately without a refund..
