.1. Booking and Validity

• These terms are binding for all staying guests (hereinafter the "Guest").

• By paying for the reservation, the Guest confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these
terms without reservation.

• Check-in is available from 2:00 PM, Check-out until 11:00 AM, unless otherwise agreed in advance with the
Host.

2. Key House Rules

• No Visitor Policy: The presence of non-registered persons in the apartment or common areas is strictly
prohibited. Violation of this rule may lead to immediate eviction without a refund.

• Quiet Hours: Guests must observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Noise, parties, or disturbance to
neighbors is a serious breach of terms and grounds for immediate termination of stay without refund.

• No Smoking Policy: Smoking (including e-cigarettes and vaporizers) is strictly prohibited in the entire
apartment and all common areas. A fine of 5,000 CZK will be charged for any violation.

3. Liability and Property Protection

• The Guest is fully liable for any damage caused to the furniture, appliances, or interior by themselves or
any persons entering the apartment with their knowledge.

• In case of loss of keys or access chips, the Guest is obliged to cover the replacement cost of 3,000 CZK.

• The Guest is obliged to cover the full cost of damages, including any loss of profit for the period the
apartment remains unavailable for booking due to repairs.

4. Data Protection and Disputes

• The Guest agrees to the processing of personal data for booking purposes and mandatory guest
registration (GDPR).

• In case of a dispute, the consumer has the right to an out-of-court settlement through the Czech Trade
Inspection Authority (www.coi.cz).
